FreezingHeat Air Conditioning & Heating LLC is a veteran-owned, Texas-licensed HVAC contractor based in San Marcos. We hold a Texas Class A HVAC license (TACLA122677E) and serve residential, light commercial, and manufactured-home customers across Central Texas.
Our focus is technically rigorous diagnostics — static pressure, airflow, duct design, refrigerant charge, and combustion analysis. We take the time to explain what we found, what your options are, and what it will cost, in writing, before we do the work.
