A maintenance visit that doesn't produce numbers is a car wash. Ours produces static pressure, temperature split, capacitor readings, refrigerant subcooling, and combustion numbers on gas equipment.
What's included
Coil condition (indoor and outdoor), blower amp draw, capacitor microfarads, contactor pitting, refrigerant charge check, condensate drain flush and safety switch test, filter status, thermostat calibration, and system-level static pressure.
Documented history
Readings from every visit are logged so you can see drift over time. When a capacitor slides from 45 µF to 38 µF over two seasons, we replace before it fails on the hottest day.
