HVAC Inspections & Code Corrections

Pre-purchase inspections, second opinions before you approve a big repair, and code corrections flagged by a general home inspector — done by a licensed HVAC contractor.

Pre-purchase inspections

Full system workup with measured readings, remaining life estimate, safety items, and a written report you can use during option period negotiation.

Second opinions

Before you approve a compressor or coil replacement, get a second measured opinion. We charge for the visit; we don't tell you what you want to hear.

Code corrections

Auxiliary drain pan and float switch, correct disconnect and whip, service platform, condensate termination, combustion air, flue clearances, and refrigerant line protection.
