Filtration
MERV rating matters, but so does filter area. A high-MERV filter in an undersized frame raises static pressure and starves the coil. We size media cabinets to your blower and duct system.
Humidity and ventilation
Central Texas summer humidity can defeat a system that's cooling on paper. Right-sized equipment, correct fan speed, and — when needed — dedicated dehumidification. Fresh-air ventilation for tight homes done with balance in mind.
