AC Installation Done the Way the Manual Says
A new condenser bolted onto a duct system that can't move the air is a warranty claim waiting to happen. We treat installation as a system decision: load, equipment, ducts, refrigerant, and commissioning.
Load calculation before equipment selection
We use a Manual J-style room-by-room load — orientation, insulation, glass, infiltration — instead of matching the sticker on the old unit. Oversized systems short-cycle, dehumidify poorly, and wear out early.
Ducts and airflow first
Before we quote equipment we measure static pressure and evaluate the duct system. If the ducts can't deliver rated CFM at the coil, we tell you — and give you options to correct or replace duct before installation, not after.
Commissioning is part of the install
Every install is commissioned: refrigerant weighed in, subcooling verified, blower speed set to design CFM, temperature split confirmed, and readings written on the sticker inside the air handler. That paperwork is the difference between an install and a swap.
